Enjoyed living in these apartments. Will miss it for sure. Its a pretty calm and quiet area. Great owner and property management. Neighbors are very respectful and friendly. A big shout out to Ramona for always being on top of everything. If there was a concern or issue she would address it asap! Always so organized and ver caring. You will be missed.

I was one of the first people to move in after the remodeling and new ownership and living here with my family has been great!! We absolutely love the property manager Ramona, shes always very helpful, responds quickly and always does everything in her power to fix any of our issues!! My daughter loves playing in the courtyard and never had issues with anyone on property, pretty quiet for most part!

I've had the pleasure of residing in this apartment complex for some time now, and I must say, it's been an absolute delight. Ramona, the leasing manager, has been an invaluable asset, always ensuring that any concerns or needs I have are promptly addressed with her exceptional organizational skills and astute problem-solving abilities. Her dedication reflects in the meticulous upkeep of the complex, evident as she tirelessly ensures everything is in perfect order. Furthermore, the community atmosphere here is fantastic, with friendly neighbors and a family-friendly environment that makes living here a joy. Additionally, the convenient access to transportation adds to the appeal of this wonderful location. Overall, my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic.

***EDIT:*** Lowering to 1 star from my original 5 because the honeymoon phase has officially ended, this place has a terrible maintenance problem and the fact that on weekends if we have emergencies there is NO ONE to call. Completely Unacceptable. Re Edit: Now the owner is trying to illegally end my lease because I'm speaking up. There's no maintenance here. ***Do Not Move Here.*** The laundry room is a disaster zone with broken filthy washers and broken dryers they refuse to fix. I had to DUCT TAPE the start button down on the dryer today to get my laundry done. Which costs about 5-7$ a load, being as the dryers don't dry and you'll end up ruining your clothes at the filthy grimy washers anyway. There's no insulation between your bathroom walls and the outside. I've been told several times they're going to fix my unit but I've been here since August and still no repairs here in December. I'm told other units have had nonstop issues, as well, if I try and request maintenance. Further-so, I've had my home security cameras COVERED by one of the maintenance staff, and he still works here somehow. I've now gone so far as to FIX MY OWN UNIT because when I press too much I'm asked if I want to "leave my lease." I would, but moving is expensive and I'd like to think they would want to make tenants happy by actually trying to fix things? Instead they focus a lot on making this place look pretty enough on the outside to sucker people into renting here. I will say, it's beautiful on the outside, it's well lit at night and there are plenty of security cameras, but from what I've dealt with, I'm hoping this review will be a real wakeup call to whomever needs to see it, I'll amend this or add to it if anything changes for the better or worse... --------- Changed this portion to reflect, 2 months later: Stay Skeptical, I too, now remain a skeptic, when I see all 5 star reviews I get apprehensive, and now I'm learning my lesson the hard way now. I can safely say the "hiccups" will be never-ending. Miss Ramona, our manager is amazing, our "maintenance" which consists of one "Contractor" who's terrible at everything, and another employee that rarely if ever shows up, are terrible.. Miss Ramona is quick to reply (so long as it's not Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and always in an upbeat mood. She always makes my day. These apartments are beautiful (only on the outside). I used to love my home. The airport noise has gotten worse and the neighbors have a yappy dog they let run around and poop wherever, we've all tried calling animal control to no avail. The "Dog Park" as mentioned before has dangerous rusted fence? pieces that aren't safe to be around. This place is ok at best. I no longer recommend moving here. For what you'll pay here, you can buy a house about the same size as this apartment and you'll have better luck with maintenance.
