    Love this place everyone keeps to themselves its nice and quiet and also if something goes wrong with unit maintenance is on it Kim is awesome!

    Requested a RESERVED parking spot on the 1st of September, when I paid my rent. Submitted a money order, pictures of my parking spot, and was told it would take UP TO 14 days to get it reserved. Here we are on Day 15 and still no RESERVED parking spot. Management seems to just give empty promises and say "we'll follow up" but nothing is ever done. How hard is it to spray-paint some numbers on the ground?? Management is quick to collect rent and any additional fees, but won't even provide what is entitled and offered to us. Guess they don't want the extra $50 a month to have a parking spot reserved to us. Ever since Kim left the office, Management and Maintenance sure took a huge decline. I'll be appearing in office following up with this matter, since it's being taken so lightly.

    They tried to hurried up and filled in the place once renovation were done (2019)then sold it to a company that only cares about money. So I've lived here for over 5 years and it is nothing like these other reviews say it is. They're going to have out how the Westside is sure enough, plus every one who's working in that office has barely been living in this residence and they have a hard time paying for rent, so they say. But still this place has no lights on at night, people vehicles being stolen or broken into, and issues all the time with people in the pool after hours. So if you have or make over $100,000 monthly then this is your home. Rent and reserve parking spaces go up every time lease is up for renewal. There's even locks on the outside water facets, come this winter "freezing" the maintenance people are going to cover them up or these buildings will definitely have water pipes issues.

Good evening Ms Martinez I know you wanted to speak to Adriana about the eviction process and when it comes to work orders unfortunately I don't see any pending work orders for light in your area please place a work order through the portal so the lights can be addressed and when it comes to after hours swimming we ask tenants to help and do their part to call the authorities, and crime happens throughout sa and car breaks were very common in the area according to the saffe officers.. We only can do so much we are only there 8 hours a day and appreciate if tenants report any property issues after hours so we can addressed them in a timely manner...we thank you for your feedback.
