        Horrible. Cancelled my service a day after I got charged, 1 month later I never get my refund check, turns out Marie V. only paused the payments even though I clearly said I wanted to cancel. Now 2 months later after constant emails and calls, I get my refund of 80$, completely wrong, my original payment was $227, I should be getting back close to that. Ridiculous, do your job right. Having me run around to get my money back.
