Our 18-year-old garage door finally broke down. Visente and his team actually answered my call at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. By that I mean, they were the only company to answer their phone. Visente came by the house, took a quick look and realized he had to run back out for a couple unpopular parts. When they returned, the garage door up and running in no time. Pretty impressive if you ask me, considering I was home bond until it was fixed at 7:50PM. Reasonably priced, my wife and I were happy to pay. As their saying goes, “[they] do it right the first time”. My wife and I appreciate Visente’s hard work and responsiveness to our family’s emergency. I also asked him a few questions, which he had no trouble answering. In my opinion, Visente is a genuinely good person, who is passionate about what he does, actually cares and, is not afraid to go above and beyond for his clients. These are traits and attributes you do not, and will not, get from the big-box stores. When you need a garage door repair, go local, go with Visente, go with V & M Garage Door Services. Visente is incredible! Fist picture was old door. Not only did he replace door but all the trim as well. A+++ job and very meticulous and professional in his work. Use NOBODY else but this company and I promise you will be SATISFIED. Does not rush the job. Very professional!

The guys came out to my house and did a great job replacing our old garage door. They were on time and clean the garage area when they left. I recommend them to anyone.
