Crash Champions Collision Repair Lubbock Dwtn

I took my Mazda in for repairs. Got a call that was ready but when they brought me the car and I went to sit in it, the cabling running to the rear view mirror was hanging down across the drivers side, just dangling there. I asked them to come out and look at it and they fixed that issue, sort of. A piece of plastic that the cabling was running through when I brought the car was missing. They couldnt locate it. They said they would order me another one and install it when it came in. More on that later. As part of the repair, They had replaced my Passenger side mirror. I picked up the car and a few minutes later went to adjust the mirrors and the passenger mirror they had replaced did not work. It would make a noise but it wasnt moving. I took it back, thay said theyd order a part and let me know as soon as it came in and theyd fix it. Said it should be there the same week. I didnt hear from them for 2 weeks so I went by, they still didnt have part. After calling again a week later (they still hadnt called) they said the part was there and to bring the car in, I did, the guy who was supposed to replace the Mirror hadnt shown up for work. Went by again a day or 2 later and they replaced the side mirror. I asked about the part for the rear view mirror - they still hadnt ordered it. Another week or so later, (again they never called) I called again and they said they had the part. I went by, it was the wrong part. Its been several more weeks, still no call.

Basically the best place to go if you or someone else f***ed up your ride. The Texas ave location has one of the best employees in the business. I believe his name is Dustin, dont get me lying but that man should be running that location he is a crash champion. Thx guys!!!
