Waited all day for a technician to come give us an estimate on a brand new unit. Our AC is completely out, and we have a newborn baby in the house. He shows up minutes before closing time and he takes no time with us, took a couple of pictures, states he wont be able to give us an estimate because his boss man is on vacation, and told us that we shouldnt use them anyways because their products are going to be more expensive than most other companies. Shame that this company would waste their time like that, as well as show such a lack of quality and care to their work.

I called them to get a part for my air conditioner and Madison went out of her way to help me. Over a period of a week she kept checking to find me the correct part for my unit running down every lead. Unfortunately, my part was no longer available and they couldnt get it for me, but what impressed me most is how hard and long they tried to resolve my problem. You can bet I will be using this company in the future. Thank you Madison for all your effort.

They installed my 4 units originally 8 years ago. Have used them for maintenance. A/C goes out Saturday evening, no chance of them coming on the weekend. I call Monday morning and they tell me my "availability is very limited", since ya know, I have a job and don't sit home all day waiting for repair men. BAD customer service. BEWARE. Service: HVAC system maintenance
