I recently used their plumbing service, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I had a two-inch PVC pipe that was leaking, and I explicitly showed them the exact leak and the pipe it was coming from. Despite pointing out the issue, I was shocked to be charged a whopping $360 just for a diagnostic fee. On top of that, they wanted to bill me separately for both labor and the necessary part. This pricing felt extremely unfair, and it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of the situation.My overall impression is quite negative. I would caution others to be aware of their pricing practices.I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, but unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the situation or offer any form of compensation.In my opinion, they need to make significant improvements in communication, pricing transparency, and the quality of their work. I would also recommend better punctuality in their services."

Not serious and unprofessional. They scheduled a time, the guy calls 2 hours before, asks for pictures, does the consultation on the phone, says they dont fix that only replace, provides prices for labor and then agrees to a total price including the replacement, asks for information for billing, says hes buying the replacement at that moment, then you ask if hes on the way, he says is too late, reschedules for the night. At night (you are waiting all day at this point) another person shows up, does the consultation from cero, tells you they dont fix that, only replace, changes the price completely, you talk to him tell him what was agreed in the morning, say they cant do it, cancel the job and leave you with an completely waisted day and you still have the issue. So you have to start over with a new company the next day. Oh and they are definitely not on time. Service: Faucet repair
