I took Willow there for the first time and from the beginning they were all very nice. They were understanding of her peeing/pooing in fear when we first walked in. They also did a great job on her groom. Thank you Valentina, Ill be Back in 4-6 weeks

Nova first in store grooming. They did wonderful job and meet and adjust our puppy's needs when needed. So happy with cut, trim and services. Will be back again soon!

7:56AM I entered Salty Dawg pet salon & bakery and was rushed by employee dog barking at us. She put the dog behind the glass door, and it continued to bark and pace staring at my dog. This reactive dog was making my dog visibly uncomfortable and anxious, This was a potentially dangerous situation if I had an aggressive or reactive dog. 8:04AM Gave my dog to the receptionist, and she went to take him to the kennels with her dog loose, allowing my dog to be greeted rudely by her dog loose in the bathing area. Another potentially dangerous situation was ignored by staff members. How am I suppose to trust this salon with the welfare of my dog when they deliberately put him at risk twice upon drop off alone. 10:30AM Pick up experience was even worse. Dogs were left in the tub & on the table with no supervision. This is exactly how dogs strangle and die at grooming salons. Dogs were loose, playing & rough housing bumping into groomers as they were scissoring & blending touch ups on my dog on the table. The same dog was loose running around the salon, jumping on clients & their dogs. Our groomer Valentina was great. The rest of our experience was awful.
