Offerpad bought my home and took care of all the details even including movers to help me relocate to my new place. It was a good experience all around.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Cindy and Rob since Offerpad opened its DFW office in 2019. Both are very knowledgeable and appear to do a great job in explaining the process and answering any questions that one may have. I would encourage anyone that needs to sell to go with Offerpad because of Cindy and Robs professionalism.

They made us an offer on our house on a Friday, after reviewing photos of the house. All weekend, they pressured us to sign, waived the 1% cancellation fee, offered to answer any questions etc etc. The next Tuesday, spoke to their rep to answer a few questions we had and we signed the purchase agreement minutes after our call with their rep. One hour later, they call us back saying they wouldn't be continuing further. Their reason, the market conditions had changed. They'd be happy to provide us with an adjusted offer. No thanks. Selling a home and moving is stressful enough, I don't care to deal with shady entities. Looking through the reviews, they did exactly to us what they've done to others. Lesson learned, sticking with traditional real estate agents.

My experience with Offerpad has been amazing. I have bought and sold several houses in my life and have never had such an amazing experience with a realtor. Sandy Kay's concern and attention to detail is next level fabulous. John the gentleman who does her renos to get the houses ready was also awesome. I recommend everyone who is selling a house that if they are fortunate enough to deal with Sandy Kay and her people they will be in great hands. I can't say enough nice things to express my satisfaction with these people. Thank you again in making this whole process an enjoyable experience.

Ive had the amazing experience to work with Melissa Stehn in the DFW area on a couple different occasions and each time she is patient and understanding. She doesnt rush you and she takes the time to make sure we love what we are getting. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows in her work! Thank you again Melissa and everyone at Offerpad!
