Mr Chavez came to my house to assess the problem. He listened to my concerns and offered feedback with a couple of solutions. After choosing the option best suited for me, he scheduled the repair for the next morning. His crew showed up on time and completed the work within 3 hours. They were so quiet you would not have known I was having a 50 gallon water heater installed in my upstairs attic! They also cleaned up any mess they may have made. Id highly recommend Chavez Plumbing!

Aaron and Caesar came out today to unclog our bathtub and sink drain. Not only were they not late, but the office even called to ask if it was OK if they came an hour early! Upon arriving, Aaron listened attentively to my explanation of our experiments (including attempts to clear the clog ourselves using a drain bladder) and my deductions about where the clog must be, and he immediately realized which part of the line he needed to snake out. He and Caesar worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and charged a reasonable price, including a senior discount for my old dad. This is the latest in decades of good experiences we've had with Chavez Plumbingclearing drain and sewer line clogs, fixing toilets, installing faucets, replacing burst attic pipes with PEX, installing a grab bar, and replacing a water heater. The water heater job was complicated by our choice to switch from gas to electric, but Julio Chavez himself coordinated the work with his electrician associate and had his own men expertly remove and replace a door frame to acommodate the larger electric water heater. It seems there's no challenge that Chavez Plumbing can't handle! Highly recommended.
