        Terrible experience, no public respect and no restrooms. Lack of expertise. There is boxes everywhere and they don't respect online appointments. Everything is done automatically. Just terrible the Loan Officer didn't even had a business card with her Loan Originator No. Just simply terrible.

        I'm a business owner and this location lacks so many key elements of a good lender. Their office still opening and they have carton boxes everywhere but not only that their representatives lack empathy, expertise and on top of it, they offeer "Public Restroom" even when you go have a confirmed appointment with them! Worst than a gas station. Their marketing announces that they will look at you more than your credit scores but yet they do everything automatically. There is no respect for the appointments online because they will call you to talk down to you as potential customer. The online portal said I was pre-approved and yet they Denied the application, I'm disappointed that I allowed them to run my credit so if you are thinking about doing business with them do not!!!!
