        Rooms were clean with two queen birds and hence can accommodate a family of four conveniently. The breakfast was good. Ample parking space with wheelchair access. The staff at reception were polite and courteous. Close proximity to IAH airport with shuttle service that runs every hour to George Bush International Airport. Overall, I recommend this IHG hotel.

        Don't expect the hotel to pick you up in a timely manner ... we waited over an hour after having spoken with the hotel and been promised that the shuttle was on its way !! Ended up going to a different hotel ... and had to pay them too !! UNHAPPY !!
