Highly recommend working with Kaitlyn she helped me with setting up my auto insurance policy and life insurance. She was detailed and explained everything so well. Got better rates than anywhere else with more benefits than what I had before. Only regret is I didnt switch sooner! She has helped my family for years and never had any thing but great things to say about State Farm and specifically working directly with Kaitlyn for any claims.

I work with Joy in the office and have had just the greatest experience, as great as insurance can be. She always takes the time to fully explain whats happening, why Im getting the rates Im getting (Which are actually really good when I did my comparison shopping) And we disconnect really really well. Shes always looking out for my bottom line and I appreciate that.
