        If you are not ready to start the home lending process and need directions and guidance this is NOT the place to go. After explaining previos experiences I was assure it wont happen with them, and it did. Once they check your credit and see that you need more time they will discard you even when I was told I will receive an email with steps to follow. Never happened.

        The team was really on top of it. Cool, clam, collected. I also appreciate their transparency when items are urgent vs we have time so I'm not rushing unnecessarily. I took two vacations and was traveling during most of this process- it was stress free. I even threw a few curve balls their way and they were very quick to manage them.
