I love shopping at Staples but this location has to be the worst. The manager was unwilling to help me find what I went in for and I had to literally ask him Can you show where it is? And after rolling his eyes to took me to the aisle and told me If its not here we dont have it. And walk away. Then to top it off the cashier treated me like I was interrupting her day when I checked out. WOW

Incredibly helpful and speedy process printing out documents that were hard to find on my flash drive. Zina did an excellent job and was patient with me while I was scattered and rushed needing to print large file sized documents for a meeting where I had only a few minutes to spare. I would recommend Zina or this Staples any day. Professional and friendly, 5 stars all the way!

Do not come here for TSA. I made the mistake of scheduling here twice. The second time I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. As I was signing in the woman working, there stopped me and said that she was behind. When I inquired as to what appointment she was currently on she gave me a look that shouldve clued me into her overall attitude, and what I was in for. She was running two hours behind. She was clearly having a terrible day, and proceeded to take it out on the rest of us. But unlike her I wasnt being paid to be there. After waiting over two hours for my appointment slot, she skipped me to help the person that was after my timeslot. When I pointed this out to her, she gave me massive attitude and said that I needed to calm down, and that she was just going through things and hadnt actually called them. Even though she looked him dead in his face and waved him up with her arm. At this point, she goes to get the manager to come talk to me, apparently to explain to me that shes had a rough day and shes just trying to assist the people in front of me. I explained to him again that it was my turn not theirs but that ultimately, I just wanted her to proceed so we could all go home. As you can guess I didnt get anywhere with him. And at this point the lovely woman decided she wanted to use her power and refuse assist me. Do not go here for your TSA pre-check and I personally wouldnt go back here even if I needed something from Staples.
