Ten years ago, Les Owens built our dream house in Preston Hollow - it was done on a handshake deal. He procured the lot, suggested an architect and helped us through the design phase. Our home was finished on-time and without any change orders. Les kept us apprised of the finish-out decisions we needed to make and was always willing to share his choice. Our home has been a delight and given us no surprises since it was finished. We still contact Les 3 - 4 times a year when we need a vendor recommendation or the like. He always responds quickly and with an answer or two. If we were to build again, we'd simply pick up the phone and call Les. If you are looking to build, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't talk to Les first. Service: Home building
