        Cooper is in Delta County which is a wonderful place to live or visit. The square has amazing restaurants, boutiques, and a very unique bed and breakfast with a coffee house. Also there is the Cooper Museum and the Cooper Lake State Park.

        Delta County Cooper Texas is HORRIBLE! Dont visit. Dont live there. Dont stop in town if your passing by. They have NO regard for animal welfare. No regard for city ordinances that people are breaking by having 10 plus dogs on property. Dont give this place one cent. It needs shut down. A dead momma dog found and the officer that was advised about asked if she was shot cause she got a lot of complaints about the dog. So is that what we do? Nothing ? Then let the hungry mother get killed because she is looking for food for herself and her babies?
