I sold my condo and bought my new home during one of the craziest housing markets ever in Austin: Spring 2022. Without Amy Sims, I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed. But thanks to Amy's expert advice and assistance, I got top dollar on the sale of my condo and was able to use the proceeds of that sale to win a multiple-offer bidding war for my new home. March 2023 -- Again we used Amy with great success! This time she was our realtor for both homes, selling & buying our new one!! She worked her magic in tandem. What a balancing act. We had all the confidence in her abilities but we were still blown away. She treated us again like we were her only clients. Amy did her homework on items that she might not have the answer to right off the bat with quick responses back to us. There's so much more we could write about our experience with Amy & her group. Know if you go with Amy & her team you will be blessed and amazed at every move! She is knowledgeable with the markets and knows what works. You won't be disappointed at all! ************************ November 2018 -- Five stars doesn't seem enough! We were moving to the Austin area to be closer to our grown daughters. Moving away from our hometown of 40 plus years is frightening enough but moving to an area of Texas we knew nothing about was even scarier. Amy was willing to take us on as a client from a referral of another realtor that had other obligations at the time. What a surprise gift we received in getting to have Amy as our agent! There was a time lag in us getting down here and meeting one on one but that didn't stop her from calling us, seeing what our needs/desires were, and putting on her 'walking' shoes to searching the areas we wanted to settle. Thank goodness for technology. She went to homes with us remotely, walking through each room, opening doors, drawing attention to some great items in the homes and then some not so great ones. Once we got down to the Austin area, we were on the move to find that special place. Being in the middle of it I had no idea what all Amy truly had done for us prior to us getting here and then after we made a few weekend trips. She was available when we were available and spent ALL day with us. Once we shared a couple of meals together staring across the table from each other being numb from it all, we took a deep breath and prayed! Man, what a difference. We hashed out what we liked and didn't like and went to see a new subdivision. There it was; our new home! Amy's job wasn't over though. She held our hand through the whole ordeal. The other hand had the infamous 'blue tape'. We felt confident in her professionalism and her tenacity of getting things done. More than that, she was our first Austinite friend. No question was too small or large for her to answer or find the answer and get back to us. Even after she handed us the keys and gave us a hug goodbye, we are still in touch today. There is no going wrong in getting Amy on your team!!
