Carol Dochen is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She found a house just right for us in our desired neighborhood (with very few properties available.) We received great support during and after negotiations and on through closing for communications with the seller and recommendations for contractors and other services. I highly recommend for anyone looking to buy and I also expect her agency would do an equally outstanding job on the selling side.
