        I wanted to love this place but they do not have consistent groomers. Their groomers do a lovely job but of the 5 times I'd taken my dog they requested I rebook 3 times. Groomers constantly canceled appointments to fit their schedule and ask you to rebook around their schedule. DO NOT GO if you don't want to deal with constant reshuffle of your schedule. .

      We're truly sorry for the inconvenience. We try to avoid reschedules because it's inconvenient for our clients, the groomer, and the salon. Recently, your groomer had to reschedule because he injured his back. On this occasion, you called 20 minutes after the groom was scheduled to begin, and it was too late for your groomer to complete a full groom. We offered alternatives, but you chose this route instead. I wish we could have come to a more amicable solution.

      We always do our best to avoid rescheduling, but unfortunately our groomers do get sick from time to time and need to call in. We are so sorry that Snickers appointment got rescheduled.
