        At the start, it was difficult to say goodbye to BBVA Compass Bank and hello to PNC. Customers found the change a little uncomfortable because of not knowing PNC. PNC staff was anxious when trying to get off on a good start with unknown clients. Now after some time has passed and allowed everyone to get a little more comfortable, the visits and personalization have made it better.

        This branch is the worst. I understand being short staffed but the customer service is awful. Making a quick deposit turns into this long wait. Do not come on a lunch break.
