The Texas Insurance Broker

I reached out to Tom through their website, and I was impressed that they responded within 24 hours, especially since it was on a Friday. However, when I followed up with additional questions and needed further assistance on Monday, I never received a response. Additionally, I had scheduled a call with them through their website for Monday, but unfortunately, I never received a call. Not sure what went wrong, but the initial contact time was good, hence the 2 stars.

Really glad to have found Tom. We got multiple competitive home insurance quotes from him. Once we made a decision, he promptly liaised with our lender to supply all necessary information. A few weeks later, we bothered him again about car insurance and got a policy within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Eh. Don't bother. I reached out to get a quote and Tom responded in what came across in a judgmental way, questioning why I was leaving my current insurance broker. You'd think he would be welcoming new business. Then, he requested personal information of mine for the quote, which I provided. He never got back to me. Total waste of time. I recommend Ryan Landers.
