        What makes Bed and Biscuit unique is the people. They love dogs! The people are smiling, friendly and they truly care about your animal! Our girl jumps out of the car, heads back to her friends and never looks back! She is happy in pictures playing with her friends, she is happy when she comes home. That says it all! She highly recommends Bed and Biscuit, and she is a great judge of people!

        The staff was great to work with. Winnie loved her visits. I do think they could send more videos/pictures but we have anxiety about leaving our dog anywhere without us. They do send photos etc. I had to cancel a 9 day holiday booking 1 week before the stay. Despite my last minute cancellation they worked with me to refund my deposit.
