Honestly, Eric Willie is the absolute worst lawyer! I paid over $12,000 for my brother custody case and we didn't even get to see the judge! He canceled the first court date so we could go to mediation, then didn't inform the mom that she would have to pay for mediation so she never showed up. We asked for another court date which got canceled because his office didn't file the proper paperwork with the court! Then another hearing was scheduled but instead of us seeing a judge, he said we had an agreement with the mom without even reading the paperwork she wrote up. When it was time to finalize the paperwork, she wanted to make all these changes that she stated were in the paperwork that Eric didn't read. We asked for another hearing date and he told us he needed another $6000 + to go back to court. He is absolutely not worth the money. He never finished anything with our case. If you need a custody lawyer, I hope you find one with ethics and honor and not just one that will take your savings and do nothing with your case. My brother would have been better off representing himself.

This family law firm literally robbed me of my money (over $7K) for a custody battle in 2020. I paid them in person and never heard anything about my case, never was granted proper visitation rights for my child or anything. I recently reached out to them (4 years later) about refunding me for the lack of providing any services. I was battling stage 4 cancer and had other health issues during the time of being taken advantage of by Jesus and Eric at Willie and Dasher.

Over promised and under delivered. Paralegal was always changing never knew what was going. I was always having to follow up . Finally gave up. Then I went to read othe reviews and it made more sense.
