I've been a happy customer with Meineke at Research Blvd in Austin for ~20 years. The owner Jim always makes us feel like we are family. Jim and his staff are professional, trustworthy and willing to go out of their way for the customer. I highly recommend this team!

We've been taking our cars for over 20 yrs at this location. Always a positive experience. We recently took our bmw 335i to get ac fixed. They were fast,great communication, and now my ac is freezing. Jim has fixed the ac on every car we have owned and we have never returned with issues. Highly recommend this location!!!

Went in because of the great reviews. Needed a metal cover removed that keep scrapping the floor every time I drove. The gentlemen at Meineke LLC did not give me the time of day, did not even bother to check the car, and said they are schedule 3 weeks out in advance. Just felt dismissed for what I felt was a fast fix for someone with the tools to help. Not to discredit the other reviews. Meineke may have just been over booked or understaffed. I did go next door to CHELSIES automotive and they greeted me, helped fix the issue, and got me paid out in under half an hour. At a very reasonable cost with even better customer service. Weird that these places are right next to each other. If under the same partnership then Chelsies gets the 5 star ratings for my business.
