Ive always had a nice experience here it was quick and easy also all the girls are wonderful with me constantly giving me positive reinforcement which is awesome because I have autism and they also try to make sure Im in the room with Robin when ever possible to do so because she knows me better then a lot of them but honestly who ever you have you cant go wrong

Waited 15 minutes in an empty waiting room while 2 staff members watched videos and laughed. I walked out.

The needed convenience of a lab that opens at 6 AM was not achieved. Half an hour in the waiting room without so much as a look or hello. No acknowledgement of time lapsed when number finally called. A positive customer service experience is free. I have worked in this field for almost 30 years. A hello. I apologize for the wait.. goes a very long way. In at 6:16, one other person waiting when I arrived. Took 45 minutes to get in the chair

Whoever it is that manages this location should be fired. Understaffed location. Four chairs in waiting area! Why? Not one of the hundreds of signs posted tell of a room capacity. Many elderly forced to stand and wait while there is only 1 person in lab to help 10 patients! My 84 year old mother couldnt stand and we had to find another site. Buy some chairs! The employee was very nice though.
