        Box truck was good until we tried to put gas into it to fill it back up. Turns out someone had tried to steal gas from the truck between rentals. At the gas station gas was pouring onto the asphalt pavement.

        I wasn't the customer today but I won't ever rent a Penske at Home Depot after what I saw. Apparently the process locks up their registers, and naturally that ties up the rep which screws up customer service for every person behind them in line.
