        Nice guy who listened to me explain my young sons unexpected death complicated by a neurologists negligence, and rejected me out of hand. Refused any referrals or advice. Our family is in crisis and I need help. His callback left me feeling even worse.

Also, you did not request a referral from me and when you asked for advice, I told you what I was able to given that we were on an intake call. As I mentioned on our call, my sister has had a similar medical situation for years, and so I empathize with what your family is going through.
