There is no other way to put it than Joe is the guy for you. I was using another broker before but Joe is fast to respond to questions, organized, on top of it and gets you a rate that no one can touch. All of our deals that we have done have been completed in a timely manner and he has even made the banks eat some of their cost when they mess up. Truly, no one else I would recommend.
