Stuart came off as unprofessional. He yawned at me several times during our first Zoom meeting without addressing it or saying, "Excuse me." It made me feel like he was disinterested in helping me. He seemed disorganized, especially when he warned us his computer wasn't charged due to losing his charger. Personally, I prefer someone more organized looking after my future.

This service is poor. The website has no flexibility. It is designed for boiler plate divorces. The customer service sucks. Thinking a person in a room with 80 other people in some 3rd world country. The responders don't even understand their own software. really pathetic.

Stuart was an excellent, compassionate mediator for us. He did a great job helping us get through our negotiations and followed up with great resources. HIghly recommended.
