        DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The guy at this store sold me a phone with the intention of getting a promo for a Samsung S24 yet they completely screwed up the activation. I did not receive the promotion and Xfinity expects us to pay full price for the phone. THESE PEOPLE SCAMMED US.

        Xfinity is a garbage scam company. About to kill my grandma she is so stressed out just trying to switch to cheaper Internet. The employees don't know what they are talking about, nor do they care. I do not fault them, as they are probably being payed pennies anyway. Death to all monopolies.

        Might need to hire more employees to keep appointments and walk-ins served timely. Frustrating to sit and wait for long periods with just two people working.
