Pet Friendly!! Courteous staff... THAT WAS THEN ... THIS IS NOW... I would give 1/2 of a star in each category. This place has gone DOWN HILL. EXCEPT for the Restaurant "BELLAS"! The coconut prawns are the BEST! Atmosphere comfortable with a touch of class.

Nice sized rooms and suites with separate sleeping and living areas. Recently acquired by new owners who have invested in a makeover and renovation of the entire Hotel. Noteworthy details: 4 minutes from PDX. Shuttle available every half hour on the hour. Groups can arrange for non standard shuttle times. Huge parking lot with more than ample parking. Nearby Home Depot & Michaels Arts & Craft Store. Also close by is the famous Grotto, Columbia River access, Kaady Car Spa, and several choices for dining and entertaining, 7-11 with fuel stop, Panera, Shari's and Dutch Bros coffee.

dirty, nasty rooms, clothes dryers out of service, out of service elevator. restaurant is pretty much open when then feel like it sugar ants everywhere. pool and hot tub out of service id say close to the worst customer service ive ever had in my life. called corporate office to address my concerns and quickly realized the root of the problem as they were 100% rude to me after i had paid them $1300 over the previous 9 days. total dump, dont waste your time or money

Best and worst experience. The best experience was hanging with my friends and the worst experience was the awkwardness of the place. The beds are terrible, along with the pillows. The bedding was atrocious, 3 flat sheets and a super thin 1970's funky bedspread. Also, the 6 (of course) there was some kids or adults running and jumping from the door to the window, back and forth, back and forth. Driving me crazy! Anyway, the gal at the desk at that time, was pretty nice and seemed to handle the overhead ruckus because by 1am it was finally quiet. Up at 5 to write my review. Oh let's not forget the lady at the front desk when I was checking in blarring rock-n-roll and attempting her own karaoke, lol. Not funny but fricking hilarious! Thank you!
