I have been meaning to give the 5 starts to Carissa and the front desk staff for months. The service by Carissa is amazing I dont wear any make up anymore just my lashes and I love them so so so much. The front desk staff are amazing and have the best customer service ever. I enjoy coming to this location and look forward to all my appointments in the future. Thanks all for being amazing and making my day to day life easier. It really nice that something that takes only an hour can improve my self esteem so much

This place is very nice and stylish. Everyone was so friendly and helpful Had an amazing experience with my lash lifting and tinting. Olga is my favorite!!! She did an amazing job! Very nice and professional working so gently.

I had my lashes filled a couple days ago and the girl was using a glue that wasnt mixed correctly. She was pulling my lashes out and I was wincing the whole time. She then got up and went to a different stylist for glue. My eyes were burning, itching, and swelling. Ive woken up the last two mornings with my eyes swollen shut. Ive had to take Benadryl and now going to my eye doctor because Ive developed an infection in each eye. They refused to refund me my money. The stylist also had two inch long nails which is very unsanitary when working near the eye. I will not be returning and not recommending this service to anyone. My pictures dont do it justice

You have been a Guest at our salon several times, and with each appointment we have striven to provide the highest level of service quality we can.Proper sanitization of our salon is extremely important to us and we train all of our Stylists to follow sanitization protocols in accordance with Oregon law. Experiencing sensitivity to lash adhesive is uncommon, but unfortunately it does happen from time to time for various reasons. Accordingly, we offered an immediate and complimentary removal of your extensions to relieve any discomfort. Additionally, we offered a complimentary redo of the service as we carry several types of adhesives that are specifically formulated for Guests with sensitivities.While we do understand your disappointment given the reaction you experienced, we offered the best solutions we could in accordance with our company policies.
