I liked how you can watch a suba lesson, which takes place in their swimming pool, through a window in their showroom.

They have Scuba Pro products, other than that they "fixed" a seal on my dads dry suit that failed, overcharged for everything we purchased because they know they can. Left the place feeling like I was getting worked over the entire time. To new divers this must feel like the best service ever, to experienced divers not so much.

I attempted to finish the open water dive course here. On second class when the instructor asked us to jump in with all your gear on - the instructor, Austin would not let me go in water as I asked to observe what I could and practice mask clearing as I hadnt gotten a hold of that yet and needed a little more practice time on some skills. Austin bullied me out of the class in front of the other student and his dad, who got to observe. The next business day I asked for a refund and they pushed private lessons instead and did not apologize for instructors behavior. Not to mention they did not outfit students for gear like promised in contract. They would not refund me after reaching out twice and I did not get to finish my group open water cert class here. Reporting negative instructor experience to SSI and looking for a different dive cert class in area.
