Taylor and team are great to deal with. Our Fence and two gates up in a little over two and half days over some challenging terrain. Reasonable pricing, great communication, happy customers. Will definitely use Proper Built Trade for our future projects.

I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten on the work Proper Built and Taylor did on my house. I never knew a deck could be a work of art, and now I have a little utopia in my backyard. Taylor transformed a small paved patio and a storage shed without electricity into a beautiful deck, swing bed, hot tub, and detached studio. He was super easy to work with: bringing an impressive creative vision of his own, while also respecting and integrating my needs and ideas. He works quickly and efficiently, and is a pleasure to have around. I unreservedly recommend Proper Built for projects big and small.

Amazing vision and craftsmanship. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work. We had an extensive backyard porch/ deck/ cover project done and the attention to detail is TOP tier. Made a section of the deck railing wide for our cat and a little decked out cave for the doggo. Highly recommended!!!
