        Went to this location today (Sunday 02/18/24) to buy a phone and sign up for service. Perhaps it was just the person working there today, but the customer service was awful, so I left. I then drove over to Best Buy, got an awesome phone and signed up for service through Verizon. Amazing service at Best Buy with a huge selection and deals on phones! To the person working at the Barbur Verizon store today: if you hate customer service, don't take it out on the people that come in hoping for at least a decent customer service experience from a Verizon retailer!

        Kaitlin was fantastic and gave great insight to getting me set up with the best plan for me and the available promotions that got me an Apple Watch with my new phone purchase. 10/10 recommend will be coming back when Im due for my next upgrade!
