        I moved to Portland 2 years ago and have been going to this location the whole time and all the staff here is amazing. They are proactive and find solutions for all your banking needs quickly and efficiently. There is a bank teller named caden finkley who works there and he is so nice! He has helped me find solutions to the problems I have and answers all the questions I ask and seems happy to help everytime. Thank you guys so much!

        Manager assured me she was going to deal with something and proceeded to never answer my voicemails. Just got a letter that all of my accounts were being closed. Wont recommend key bank to anyone again unfortunately. Edit: OnPoint was amazing at helping me fix this. They even printed the card on the spot and opened the accounts in like 20 minutes
