        IN DEALING WITH TESFA YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. THIS GUY GUIDED ME FROM COLUMBUS TO SYDNEY AUSTRAILIA AND I"VE NEVER FLOWN BEFORE. NOW IM GOING BACK IN AULGUST AND HE HAS DONT THE ENTIRE TRIP. HIGHLY RECOMEND THESE PEOPLE.

He takes his time and can answer any questions/concerns that you have and he will give you great advice. He is very passionate about providing the best travel experience for you/or family member.         I can not express my happiness with the help I received from the agent Tesfa. The moment I walked in, I was greeted very professionally. I waited a little because he was finishing up with the client before me. When it was my turn, he pulled a chair for me to sit closer and started and finished my case with full respect.
