I want to tell you a story about Bill Hannigan going back many years. I had inherited stocks from my grandmother, and with five children, we needed the money, so we cashed them in. I told him he was MVP for the year, and he just smiled. I was ecstatic when he opened USA Tax & Accounting Services in 2018, and I am writing to give them the TEN STARS they deserve.
