Pearle Vision at Polaris is a joke and the store manager Renee and store associate Brittney is only concerned on up sales of glasses being purchased, not the patients eye care needs. Brittney said oh you have really good insurance so you should go ahead and have this added to your glasses. I asked to have it removed off of my glasses. When I spoke to the manager about wanting it fixed, then I was told by the manager, I am not going to argue with you. They are not willing to help patients and I would never refer someone to go here. I will take my business elsewhere. Regardless, of whatever insurance a patient may have they should not be concerned of updating, but they only care about feeding into their own pockets. Thoroughly disgusted and these people should be ashamed of how they speak to customers. Their rating is F!!!!!

Exam was through, and thoughtful, looking at changes over time. Glasses selection was TOP NOTCH and tailored to how I live and how to best help my vision in specific situations. This is the 10th year I have gone to thePolaris pearl vision and I could not be happier or more impressed with their service and expertise. Highly recommend.
