Worst Mcalisters ive ate at. Ive always liked this place but this location is not it. Never coming back here. Gave me a cold sandwich old fruit and old chicken and old potato salad And literally about 1 spoon of potato salad didnt even fill up the small bowl for the side. And they didnt even have forks. How am i suppost to eat it? Lol worst service,location and food.

I used to go here all the time, service was great, quick, food was cheap. Prices increased while quality service almost vanished overnight. Used to be able to call in orders but now is a bot and can't substitute items. But when you go in to place an order that simple process can now take 10 minutes because the cashiers are really that slow, I don't get it. seems like management just stops by every now and then and doesn't have anyone there full time to keep these employees from just standing around with a line of 5 people waiting

Received a cold grilled cheese instead of a Rueben that was ordered, and was charged for the Rueben. Waited well over 45 minutes.
