Porscha micro bladed my eyebrows and although I am not sure about them yet because they need to heal and lighten up I still wanted to come on here and give her an amazing review because of her customer service alone. From the moment my appointment started till the end, she was amazing. She explained everything that was happening before, during, and after. She also made sure that I liked the shape before she got started. Even more than that, she made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She really goes the extra mile in making sure her clients have a good experience. She honestly gave me the best customer service experience that Ive had in a very long time for anything.

Fantastic experience and outcome! I had the pleasure getting ombr powder brows and a lip blush done by Ms. Poshia. From the first appointment to the follow up ones I felt well taken care of. Poshias atmosphere is smooth and relaxed. Shes very precise in her work and includes you in the process so you know whats going on. Im looking forward for further or other future appointments with ( only)her.

After researching "Powder brows" and all their variations, I decided to commit my brows to Opulence and am so glad I did. I had an emergency come up before our initial appointment and it was easy to reschedule. Porsche was very knowledge, reassuring, and easily stenciled on the perfect brow for me. She asked for my input, but it seemed she'd already chosen the right shade and shape for my face, complexion and hair color. We went forward with the procedure! During the process she had the music perfectly tuned for me, and yummy snacks water mints and gum for breaks. Upon leaving she gave me simple verbal & written instructions on how to care for my new brows in the days to come. I'm eager to see the results after a couple weeks and to go back for my complimentary 2 mo. Follow up! Highly recommend
