Do NOT come here for your printing needs/services. The staff was unprofessional and absolutely useless. I placed an order to print pamphlets for my fathers funeral. We had physically gone into the store to confirm how we should place the order/format, the staff told us to submit it a certain way. Two hours after I placed the order for pickup later that evening, they call me and tell me they have to cancel the order. The staff was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and the store manager continued to complain about how much work he had. I had questions regarding the format and a refund, and they told me that the print would not be ready for same day. The staff continued to talk over me and then proceeded to say he cannot help me if I talk over him. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
