        If you want to be delayed lie to and ghosted during your mortgage process this company is for you. Her team missed the deadline literally ghosted two real estate brokers the selling and the buyers agent as well as the clients for days. If you're shopping around just go to the next person or any other person just stay away from this mess.

        I cannot say enough about Brenda and this team, we work with Isaac and he has been with us during this whole process and it was a process! He was responsive and informative. I could call with my silly or odd question and he wasnt phased. He would simply answer me! He has been the gatekeeper to our new dream home!! We are in LOVE with our home and his team made that possible! If you are looking for a lender, this is the team!!!!

      We strive to provide the lending experience you’ll love for all parties involved. As the buyer’s Realtor, we missed that mark with you, and we value your time to leave us feedback. Although the client was encouraged to walk away from their dream, as problem solvers we doubled down and supported the clients wishes to achieve their American Dream of home ownership. Not every private financial detail is legally permitted to be disclosed which we understand can be frustrating for third parties. We will reflect on how to better balance such difficult circumstances in the future while maintaining our steadfast focus on solving problems and yielding great results.
