Working with Nancy was the best decision I could have made when choosing my lender. She was extremely responsive, on top of everything and worked seamlessly with my entire team. At the very last minute, literally 18 hours before closing we found there was an issue and Nancy was able to work her magic and get me a new closing date within 6 days when it should have been pushed back much farther. I am so thankful for her and her team and cannot recommend her enough!

This was the third mortgage process I've gone through, and far and away the best. The team was organized, responsive, and transparent! They have a portal that makes it easy to see where we're at in the process, what documents are outstanding, along with how to easily upload them. In other processes I'm normally in the dark about how far along we are, and then urgently have requests for items I could have provided weeks before. I recommend McLean and Nancy's team if you're looking for a lower stress mortgage process (at the end of the day, it's always stressful, but peace of mind comes more readily with them). Thanks.
