Horrible insurance agency, do not waste your time. This was recommended to me by my real estate agent and I thought they would make my life easier. I initially worked with Ryan Mahoney and then for some reason was transferred to Matt Vlissades. As other people have stated, these people have no time for you. Every time I tried to get in touch with Ryan he would send me a link to make an appointment at his office. Our insurance from hippo increased substantially so I worked with Matt to get a new policy. This was a nightmare of a process but a few weeks later we got an email from
This new policy stating they had dropped us and backdated the cancellation. Goosehead couldnt find us a new policy because we lapsed and because of the fact that Matt told this agency that we had a gable roof, when in fact we have a flat roof. To make matters worse, Matt omitted this mistake he made and tried to blame the situation on me. Ive never worked with such rude people in my life. They both then proceeded to ignore my calls and texts and dropped me from their agency. They took zero responsibility for their mistakes. No apology, and no assistance to help us get new insurance. We now have no homeowners insurance thanks to Matts mistake. Ive tried to get in touch with Goosehead and Ive been waiting for a call from someone for three days. Ive called everyday to see why no one has called me back and someone assures me that a manager will call.

This office was recommended by my realtor when we bought our first home. The initial interaction was great and saved us a ton of time shopping around, however EVERY SINGLE interaction since then has been ridiculous. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and I've had to reach out directly to our auto insurance company multiple times to get something changed on our policy because I can't get in touch with anyone at goosehead. My most recent issue is that I bought & sold a home in July of 2021 (over a year ago) and goosehead failed to cancel my homeowners insurance for the home I sold - so we paid for an entire year (out of escrow) of insurance for a home that we don't even own, and I can't get a refund because the goosehead representatives aren't completing the paperwork. I'm currently on hold for my 6th time having to talk to someone about this issue - SIX! How is it that no one can follow through with cancelling my old insurance?? The hours I've spent both on hold and on the phone with these people far outweigh any time savings I initially had when shopping for quotes

I share the sentiment of the other reviewer. If I could give negative stars I would. Blake absolutely doesnt have time for you, I assure you that. I had a home break-in two weeks after I closed & they cut all my electrical wiring out for scrap. This agency is particular is just awful & takes ZERO responsibility to help you after your policy is bound. And they will tell you, they are only there to get new business they have an 800 number & client contact center for service after youre sold.
My realtors agency sends them well over 100 clients a year & when he reached out to try to help me get a resolution he got no response. He was shocked. His whole agency has stopped sending them business.

Great to work with. Access to a lot of choices to find the right insurance.. Glad I met Blake and Ryan.
