Maid in the QC

Cannot get anyone to return phone calls, emails, or texts requesting services and to be able to cash in a gift card recently purchased.

After walking into our home when the cleaning was completed, we immediately noticed how nice the floors looked in the entryway. That was the first impression and then as I walked around the house to see all of the rooms, kitchen and fridge, I was impressed! Our cleaner took a lot of care to clean each and every blind on the windows. This was such a relief as they did a much better job than I ever could have on my own. Also, the owner was very flexible with me and understanding in moving up a cleaning time for us due to scheduling conflicts on my part. We love Maid in the QC! The owner, Matt, gave us a great price on quarterly deep cleaning services that we have been using for over 1 year (and we have no plans to change cleaning companies in the future because Maid in the QC is so great). Our home is spotless when they leave, and quiet while they work (I work from home, so I am always here when they arrive - and they are polite and work around my office until the last portion of their work, when I switch locations in the house to allow them to clean the office). I love supporting new, local businesses owned and staffed by neighbors and residents of Charlotte. I've been blown away by how easy it is to get in touch with the Maid in the QC staff at their office, as well as schedule online and reschedule appointments - many time slots available. You're able to customize your service each time and add on different types of cleaning (inside windows, stove, inside fridge, baseboards and walls) and I give the staff a few quick pointers when they come (usually the same cleaner arrives each time, so they know the drill). Again, we love Maid in the QC and I suggest anyone in the Charlotte area give them a try. I am a customer for the foreseeable future, and they are top notch!

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Maid in the QC! Matt and his team have been cleaning our short-term rentals for 3-4 months now and do a wonderful job. They are very reliable, efficient, and detailed in their cleaning services. I never have to worry if the home is ready for our next guests and can always count on them even on short notice. It is rare you find a cleaning service that is so flexible, while still providing quality service at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend them!

We used them for a deep clean. They were punctual, very thorough and did not have to be asked to wear a mask when entering my home. Service: Deep clean
