The hotel is decent. Staff was friendly. The only problem was the heating/AC unit. Tried using the thermostat, and it was not controlling anything. Ended up calling maintenance to come up, and they used the unit instead of the wall as the unit stated. The next concern was that the refrigerator was not cold and was on the highest setting. Overall, it was a decent backup hotel for where I usually stay when in town.

Worst experience ever. The guy at the front desk James, had no idea what he was doing at all. I overheard him speaking to a few guests, and as a female walked by he commented some trashy comment about her and her backside. The fact that they allows us to happen is beyond unacceptable. Apparently, he's a manager! Hilton, what has happened to you? Your representatives are rude, disrespectful, and Apparently, don't know how to do their jobs. Never again. Rooms: The rooms are dirty, disgusting, and smell like urine. The sheets look used, and the towels were even worse. Safety: Two cars were broken into while I was there Noteworthy details: Don't expect anything better than a disguised Motel 6

The absolute worst experience. The inside of the hotel smells like urine so strong it is gagging, the entire hotel is dirty except the lobby, lots of damage everywhere in the hotel. Very deceptive business practices would not cancel the room only change rooms. Beds were dirty like reused sheets from the previous night smelled terrible. Have been to 100s of Hiltons and the absolute worst. Rooms: Expect the worst rooms you will find at any Hilton.
