Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Airport

Rooms and staff were wonderful, but myself as well as about 20 others had our cars get broken into. I would understand 1 or 2 but 20 or more is ridiculous. Why are there no cameras? Or if there is why is no one watching them? They literally broke into cars in the handicap space in front of the building? Morning staff were helpful with this disaster but there was no manager to be seen. Given the circumstances I doubt we will stay there again.

Ashley Tucker is an incredible GM! She has mentored and instructed her staff to be as professional as she. The front desk associates are Brenda and Stacy who always go above and beyond when my husband and I stay with this hotel. Hollie with the kitchen staff is very friendly and makes sure the breakfast is perfect. Great Job!! Awesome transportation to the airport and very clean and comfortable rooms. GREAT JOB!! Rooms: VERY CLEAN!!! COMFORTABLE BEDS

Great location near the airport and with a Starbucks within walking distance. Room was clean and had everything I needed for the week. The elevators always smelled pleasant (strange to comment on but most times hotel elevators have a stale oder). Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay! Rooms: Clean and spacious. Good use of space. Noteworthy details: Pleasant smelling elevators
