    The Jacob dinning table is a fraud. Its NOT natural wood but they sell it as it is. Arhaus High end luxury furniture is NOT. Their customer service had the nerve to say this is the woods natural patina. The acrylic frosty material is natural wood to them. What a joke! Dont even bother chatting online to them their customer service just ends your call without warning. Bad experience all around.

    Update - their team apparently has the time to respond to bad Google reviews, but their customer dept STILL HASNT EMAILED ME BACK. I guess we know their priorities. Great products, terrible customer service. A product I ordered online was lost in transit by the carrier, the customer service team apparently doesn't think it's important to return phone calls or emails. In short, shop somewhere else.

    Paid 12 grand for sofa when setting up delivery I specifically asked if they could move my current furniture they agreed when they got here they refused to remove asked them to just slide it out of the way and I would have it moved later they refused , told them I would slide it out of the way they still refused to set up my sofa literally pulled away while I was talking to them in my front yard complained to store and store manager was rude told me they could deliver it Friday but I needed to have the entire room cleared out mind you I ordered this sofa in November and am just now getting it .i told them just keep the thing and refund me my money .Terrible customer service from delivery team and Store manager

    Brands need to understand that when consumers are making buying decisions, customer service is STILL KING! My husband and I came to this location because weve been narrowing down our decision on which sectional to purchase for our home. Ive done tons of research, gone to numerous stores and I wanted to see a specific sectional in person. However, when we entered this store, not one person parted their lips to even say hello, welcome, can I help you, nothing! We were there a full 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence and we sat on every single couch they had twice! They just watched us. There were numerous staff standing around so there was no excuse. The only thing I can surmise was the fact that we had on sweatpants/lounge attire and our complexion was different from anyone else in the store. There were other customers being assisted and I watched them greet others upon entry. Its ridiculous. I will walk away every single time and refuse to spend over 10k when a company will barely even acknowledge me. Might I note, we were ready to make our purchase. Do better! On to RH.
